Sustainability Reporting Analyst

Role overview

What you’ll do

• Support preparation and delivery of regulatory sustainability disclosures, including CSRD and BRSR reporting cycles.
• Collect, validate and analyse ESG data across the business for accuracy, completeness and audit readiness.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to monitor sustainability performance and progress against targets.
• Work with internal stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and turn data into actionable insights.
• Contribute to governance and continuous improvement across sustainability processes.
• Support integration of AI-enabled and digital tools to improve analytics and reporting efficiency.
• Produce reports and briefings for internal and external audiences, including senior leadership.
• Support development of internal training and awareness content on sustainability topics.

What we are looking for

• At least one year of experience in a sustainability, ESG or reporting-related role.
• A degree or professional qualification in Sustainability, Environmental Science, ESG or a closely related field.
• Solid analytical skills and ability to work confidently with data from multiple sources.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex information to non-technical audiences.
• Genuine interest in sustainability and desire to build expertise in the field.
