What you'll do
To plan and carry out inspection of all child parts in Moulding & STI
To maintain the Documentation in line of IATF 16949 requirements
Monitoring of reworked parts
Verification of Parts inspection in Moulding
Follow guidelines as mentioned in SOP and Work Instructions.
Responsible to take action if there is any deviation related to EHS.
He will be Dy inchrage of Fire Fighting team & will lead the team in fire emergency situation
Stop Production in case of any defective part produced, Other by order.
Customer complaint handling resolve the issue in production line
8D knowledge as well as statically process control (SPC)
Incoming quality part as well as produced part defect analysis.
Monthly, Qtr. Half Yearly & Yearly issues monitoring & resolution process
What we are looking for
Qualification : Diploma in Mechanical Engg. /B.Tech / B.E.(Mech.)/ Dip. In Quality Mgt Experience : 3 To 5 Year Essential Skills : Inspection system, Quality System & Standards Desired Skills : Inspection system, Quality System & Standards
