Role overview

Dispatch and shipment responsibilities

• Plan daily and weekly dispatches and arrange vehicles according to customer schedules, shipment volume, destinations, and priorities.
• Coordinate with production, stores, sales, quality, and planning teams to ensure goods are ready for dispatch.
• Verify shipment quantities, part numbers, customer requirements, and packing condition.
• Prepare and check Delivery Challans, Tax Invoices, E-Way Bills, Packing Lists, transporter documents, and applicable export documents.
• Maintain dispatch registers, shipment records, customer-wise histories, and proof-of-delivery records.
• Ensure proper packing, labeling, shipment identification, and ESD-safe handling for sensitive electronic products.
• Coordinate with transporters, couriers, freight forwarders, and logistics partners; track shipments and delivery progress.
• Address delays, shortages, damages, and delivery discrepancies; update internal teams and customers when needed.
• Monitor on-time delivery and pending dispatches, and support corrective actions to meet delivery commitments.
• Prepare dispatch and MIS reports; ensure safe loading, vehicle use, shipment security, and material handling.
• Follow company dispatch procedures, customer requirements, logistics policies, and statutory documentation requirements.

• Experience managing end-to-end dispatch of finished PCBs, electronic assemblies, components, and electronic products.

• Proficiency with delivery, invoice, E-Way Bill, packing, transporter, and applicable export documentation.
• Knowledge of vehicle planning, shipment tracking, delivery monitoring, and resolving transportation issues.
• Knowledge of electronic-product packing and ESD-safe handling for sensitive components.
• Strong coordination, communication, problem-solving, documentation, and time-management skills.
