Role overview

Responsibilities

• Maintain injection molding machines from Engel, Milacron, Supermaster, Negri Bossi, Haitian, and KraussMaffei.
• Diagnose electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical faults and maintain auxiliary equipment and industrial robots.
• Interpret circuit diagrams, schematics, and mechanical drawings for diagnosis and maintenance.
• Schedule preventive maintenance, monitor reliability indicators, and maintain reports and breakdown records.
• Manage spare parts, reduce downtime and costs, and identify energy-saving opportunities.
• Coordinate with production and other departments; follow safety and maintenance standards.

What the employer is looking for

• Knowledge and experience in troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and breakdown maintenance of injection molding machines.
• Experience maintaining auxiliary equipment such as material feeding systems, dehumidifiers, mold temperature controllers, hot runner systems, and conveyors.
• Familiarity with industrial robots, including ABB, Wittmann, Yaskawa, EPSON, and STAR.
• Ability to interpret electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic diagrams and mechanical drawings.
• Knowledge of maintenance documentation, MTTR and MTBF, spare parts management, and energy-saving initiatives.
