Role and division

Product development and execution

• Manage new product development, project planning, resource planning, and material requirement planning.
• Handle customer interactions, procurement activities, RFQs, and customer acquisition.
• Coordinate product development from concept through production and launch.

Molds, production, and quality

• Analyze material and processing defects and implement corrective and preventive measures.
• Manage mold correction, rectification, ECN/ECR processes, and mold trials.
• Coordinate job work activities and troubleshoot production issues.
• Manage PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan, and APQP quality documentation.

Qualifications and experience

• Requires 5–7 years of New Product Development experience; plastic injection molding industry experience is preferred.
• Requires a Diploma in Tool and Die Engineering or a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Requires technical knowledge of product development, mold development, plastic materials and processing, project execution, and quality systems.
• Requires problem-solving, cross-functional coordination, and experience managing development from concept to production.
