Role overview

The role focuses on helping leaders shape and deliver strategic initiatives, business transformation, and organizational outcomes.

Client relationships and delivery

  • Originate and deliver multi-million-dollar client engagements and build relationships with high-tech clients in Saudi Arabia and the broader GCC.
  • Navigate complex stakeholder environments and close significant deals independently.
  • Deliver measurable impact across strategy, operating model, and technology domains.
  • Lead teams of 10 or more consultants across concurrent engagements and coach and mentor high-performing teams.
  • Lead business development, proposals, and thought leadership; shape points of view and frameworks that differentiate the market position.

Experience and expertise

  • Previous strategy and operations consulting experience at top-tier firms is essential.
  • Strong working knowledge of technology strategy and advisory, including digital transformation, IT strategy, and enterprise architecture.
  • Working knowledge of telecommunications networks, including 5G, fiber, and core/RAN architecture, is highly valued.
  • Demonstrated experience originating and delivering engagements, business development, and leading teams across engagements.
  • Arabic and English fluency in written and spoken communication is essential.
  • Deep understanding of Middle East business culture and government-commercial interfaces, and credibility in the regional TMT ecosystem.
  • An MBA or graduate-level degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in operating model design, strategy formulation, digital transformation, beneficiary experience, impact assessment, monitoring, and evaluation is preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and strong organizational and analytical skills are preferred.
