Full-time AI Native Software Engineer Consultant role building agent-powered workflows for enterprise clients.
Works directly with client stakeholders to move AI projects from experimentation into operational use.
The work
- Define use cases with clients, rapidly prototype solutions, and deploy secure, robust agentic workflows.
- Design and deploy agents using RAG, orchestration, tool calling, and multi-agent workflows.
- Integrate leading AI platforms, including OpenAI, Claude, and Google, with cloud-native technologies.
- Build, deploy, monitor, and improve production-ready AI applications.
- Translate client needs into practical solutions; support workshops, proofs of concept, and technical discussions.
- Integrate new platforms and systems in client environments with ecosystem partners.
- Travel may range from 25% to 75%, depending on client and business requirements.
What the role requires
- Hands-on experience building AI or agentic solutions, including RAG, agents, orchestration, or workflow automation.
- Strong Python, Java, or similar programming skills and cloud-native development experience.
- Exposure to OpenAI, Claude, Vertex AI, or open-source large language models.
- Experience with APIs, microservices, Docker/Kubernetes, serverless, or CI/CD.
- Strong communication and confidence working with clients and technical stakeholders.
- Degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Bonus qualifications
- LangGraph, CrewAI, Claude/OpenAI SDKs, multi-agent systems, AI certifications, and public AI projects or GitHub repositories are bonus qualifications.
