Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP implementation and support projects; translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Configure, test and deploy SAP modules in line with SAP standards and regulatory frameworks.
• Provide subject matter expertise across relevant SAP modules and contribute to solution architecture and continuous improvement.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and drive solution adoption; conduct workshops, training and user acceptance testing.
• Ensure data integrity, security compliance and audit readiness across SAP environments.
• Manage and mentor junior consultants and client-side SAP teams.

SAP module knowledge

• Finance and public-sector modules include FI, CO, FM, GM and PSM.
• Logistics and supply-chain modules include MM, WM/EWM, IM, SD, TM and GTS.
• Plant maintenance and asset modules include PM, EAM and CS; project and programme modules include PS and PPM.
• Workforce modules include HCM and SuccessFactors; quality and compliance modules include QM and GRC.
• Analytics and technology modules include BW/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud, S/4HANA, BTP, PI/PO, Integration Suite and Fiori.

Essential requirements

• At least 5 years delivering SAP solutions in highly regulated environments.
• Deep functional expertise in at least three listed SAP modules.
• Understanding of procurement frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills at senior or executive level.

Desirable qualifications and experience

• SAP certification in one or more relevant modules is desirable.
• Knowledge of ITIL, PRINCE2 or Agile delivery methodologies is desirable.
• Experience with SAP RISE or private cloud deployment is desirable.
• A background in logistics, engineering or programme management is desirable.
