Role overview

Solution design and delivery alignment

• Analyze RFPs, RFIs, and client requirements to develop Data & AI solution strategies.
• Translate business requirements into architectures covering data engineering, BI, AI, machine learning, and Generative AI.
• Design modernization solutions from ingestion and integration through analytics, visualization, and AI-driven insights.
• Define technology components across Informatica, Power BI, PySpark, Azure Machine Learning, Azure AI Foundry, Snowflake, Databricks, AWS Glue, Google BigQuery, and related technologies.
• Estimate effort, validate assumptions with AI & Data experts, and design onshore, offshore, and nearshore delivery and staffing models.
• Build solution plans, conduct solution reviews and governance discussions, and align sales and delivery through the opportunity lifecycle.

Presales and client engagement

• Contribute to proposals, Statements of Work, commercial responses, and contracting documentation.
• Present and defend solutions to clients, executives, and internal stakeholders.
• Lead knowledge transfer and transition to delivery teams following deal closure.
• Support client workshops, discovery sessions, executive presentations, and business development activities.
• Travel as needed for client engagements and workshops.
• Stay current with Data & AI technologies, cloud platforms, and industry trends.

Experience and expertise

• Minimum 12 years of relevant IT experience in Data & AI delivery, solution architecture, or presales.
• Strong experience in data engineering, business intelligence, and large-scale system integration or application development projects.
• Working knowledge of at least one major cloud platform: Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience designing enterprise-scale data modernization and analytics solutions.
• Strong understanding of modern data technologies and architectures; experience with Databricks, Snowflake, Azure AI Foundry, Azure Machine Learning, AWS Glue, BigQuery, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of AI, machine learning, Generative AI, and Agentic AI solutions.
• External client-facing consulting or presales experience, including large-scale transformation, cloud migration, or data modernization programs.

Additional qualifications

• Strong stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and executive storytelling skills.
• Proven ability to structure complex solutioning activities and lead delivery teams with cross-functional global teams.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, filtering, and data analysis techniques.
• Strong PowerPoint skills.
