We are looking for a

Strategic Enterprise Account Executive

to join a well-funded deep tech start-up in

Qatar.

You will develop and manage high-impact partnerships with major enterprise organizations.

This is a consultative position centered on navigating intricate, multi-layered deal structures where business strategy, technological innovation, and sustainable ROI converge.

You will serve as a primary partner to executive leadership, guiding them through the discovery of AI-driven transformation opportunities to the long-term realization of their strategic goals

Strategic Enterprise Account Executive

your responsibilities will include:

Strategic Revenue Management

  • :
  • Oversee the entire lifespan of high-stakes enterprise projects, spanning initial strategic engagement, complex negotiation, final contract execution, and post-sale expansion.
  • Secure significant, large-scale agreements that involve extended sales timelines, customized service scopes, and diverse stakeholder influence.
  • Surpass rigorous financial performance objectives while maintaining a focus on strategic market positioning and long-term client success.

Go-To-Market & Market Evolution

  • :
  • Design and implement regional market entry strategies tailored to specific industry segments and enterprise scales.
  • Proactively identify and cultivate growth opportunities within quantum computing, artificial intelligence, and advanced infrastructure sectors.
  • Function as the primary strategic representative to C-suite and top-tier technical leadership, establishing yourself as a reliable advisor.

Consultative Sales Approach

  • :
  • Facilitate objective-based dialogues that prioritize tangible business outcomes rather than rigid product features.
  • Partner with senior leaders to reveal both articulated and underlying requirements that can be addressed via AI to secure a competitive edge.
  • Develop collaborative AI roadmaps, specific use-case frameworks, and solution architectures that mirror the customer’s long-term vision.
  • Articulate sophisticated technical concepts into compelling business value propositions for executive decision-makers.

Leadership & Collaborative Execution

  • :
  • Work in tandem with research, engineering, and solution architecture groups to craft bespoke offerings.
  • Head commercial efforts within integrated deal teams, maintaining progress and alignment through the entire sales pipeline.
  • Supply systematic feedback to internal teams to help refine product roadmaps and technical priorities.

Account Growth

  • :
  • Foster durable, cross-level relationships within enterprise accounts, establishing a position as a credible expert on innovation and AI strategy.
  • Ensure the successful implementation and adoption of solutions to drive continued account expansion.
  • As a

Strategic Enterprise Account Executive

  • your skills will include:
  • 10+ years in consultative go-to-market roles, strategic account management, or enterprise sales.
  • A verified history of successfully closing substantial, high-complexity deals (typically in the range of €500K to €5M+).
  • Commanding executive presence, with a proven ability to advise and sway C-level decision-makers.
  • Expertise in navigating the enterprise landscape, including a deep understanding of internal corporate procurement dynamics and local stakeholder environments.
  • Professional background in complex solution sales, systems integration, or consulting is a
  • *nice to have.*
  • Previous success in selling infrastructure, artificial intelligence, or highly tailored technology systems is a
