Senior Business Development Manager – Enterprise Technology Solutions | Qatar

We are currently partnered with a rapidly growing technology organisation expanding its presence across the Middle East.

As part of their commercial growth strategy, they are looking to hire a Senior Business Development Manager to drive new business development, strategic customer engagement, and revenue growth across Qatar.

This is a highly client-facing role focused on identifying new market opportunities, building executive relationships, and positioning complex technology solutions across enterprise and government customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business development and revenue growth across enterprise and strategic customer accounts in Qatar.
  • Identify, qualify, and develop opportunities for complex technology and digital transformation solutions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with C-level stakeholders, business leaders, and technical decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with technical, delivery, and product teams to shape customer-focused solutions.

Key Requirements

  • Strong experience in business development, enterprise sales, or strategic account management.
  • Experience with AI solutions and software and scaling new markets not exiting ones.
  • Background in consulting, system integration, managed services, or complex solution sales.
  • Proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders and translate business challenges into technology-driven solutions.
  • Experience managing long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and complex commercial engagements.
