The Opportunity

A rapidly growing, well-funded deep-tech company at the forefront of Quantum computing and Artificial Intelligence is seeking a driven and experienced

Enterprise Account Executive

to take full ownership of the Qatar market.

Recognised as one of the most promising AI companies globally, this organisation provides advanced software solutions that allow Fortune 500 enterprises to solve complex, high-impact challenges in finance, energy, and manufacturing.

This is a senior, consultative role for a specialist who thrives where technology, business strategy, and long-term value creation intersect.

This is a senior, individual contributor position designed for a sophisticated operator who thrives in fast-moving, resource-constrained environments.

Rather than harvesting an established market, you will be co-creating value propositions for transformational AI solutions with C-suite stakeholders (CEO, CTO, CIO, CDO, CFO) who may not yet have a predefined budget for this level of innovation.

The Role

  • **Market Ownership:**
  • Design and execute a national go-to-market strategy for Qatar, targeting the region's largest and most sophisticated enterprises.
  • **Full-Cycle Enterprise Sales:**
  • Own complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from initial discovery to negotiation and closing, targeting TCVs of €500K–€1M+ with an ambition for €10M+ strategic multi-year engagements.
  • **Consultative & Solution Selling:**
  • Lead outcome-driven conversations anchored in business impact.
  • Partner with internal technical and research teams to co-create tailored AI use cases, transformation roadmaps, and solution architectures.
  • **Ecosystem Building:**
  • Represent the company at the highest levels of the national enterprise ecosystem, developing strategic relationships with System Integrators, Big 4 consultancies, and sector-specific alliance partners.
  • **Cross-Functional Leadership:**
  • Serve as the commercial lead within complex deal teams, aligning product, engineering, solutions, legal, and finance functions to maintain deal momentum.

Required Experience

  • **AI Scale-Up Background:**
  • A minimum of 2 years in a direct revenue-generating role within an AI scale-up or fast-growing deep-tech company (within 5–10 years of overall professional experience).
  • You must have experience building an AI market from scratch.
  • **Proven Track Record:**
  • Demonstrated history of closing, or being the primary contributor to closing, new-logo enterprise deals with an individual TCV of €500K or above.
  • **Language Skills:**
  • Native fluency in Arabic, alongside fluent English.
  • **Right to Work:**
  • Existing legal authorization to work in Qatar is required.

Preferred Attributes

  • Experience selling highly customized technology solutions, infrastructure, or AI.
  • An established C-suite network within large Qatari enterprises across finance, energy, manufacturing, telecom, or industrials.
  • A background in management consulting, systems integration, or complex solution sales.
