Stores Executive role in a manufacturing environment managing inventory, stores operations, material handling, and ERP-based inventory control.
Working days are Monday through Saturday.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end inventory and stores operations, including material receipt, inspection, storage, and issuance.
- Monitor stock levels and accuracy; conduct periodic counts, cycle counts, and stock audits.
- Analyze variances, implement corrective actions, and maintain inventory transactions in ERP systems.
- Coordinate material planning with Procurement, Supply Chain, Project, and Production teams.
- Apply material-handling, storage, and inventory-control procedures; comply with company policies.
- Generate inventory, stock-movement, and reconciliation reports; use Power BI, VBA, and MS Office tools.
- Support purchasing, inventory, and material-management activities.
Qualifications and experience
- 3–6 years of experience in inventory, stores, or material management.
- Strong ERP knowledge; SAP and Microsoft Dynamics AX are preferred.
- Knowledge of supply chain management, purchasing, inventory, and material management.
- Hands-on experience in inventory control, stock management, stores operations, material handling, counts, variance analysis, and receipt and issue processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI and VBA reporting tools.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills, with good coordination and communication abilities.
- Diploma in Engineering, B.Com, or a bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- Willingness to work six days per week.
