The Farm Restaurant is seeking a reliable and experienced Storekeeper to manage inventory, receive and inspect deliveries, maintain stock records, and ensure the efficient storage and distribution of restaurant supplies.
The ideal candidate must have at least 4 years of relevant experience in Dubai's hospitality or restaurant industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming goods and supplies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.
- Ensure proper storage of food, beverages, and operational supplies according to company standards.
- Issue materials and supplies to departments as required.
- Conduct regular stock counts and inventory audits.
- Monitor stock movement and report shortages, damages, or discrepancies.
- Coordinate with suppliers and the purchasing department regarding deliveries and stock requirements.
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety of the storeroom.
- Prepare inventory and stock reports for management.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
- Pay: AED100.00 - AED200.00 per hour
