Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and messages promptly.
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, local attractions, and transportation.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Process reservations, room assignments, and billing transactions.
- Maintain accurate guest records and update information in the property management system.
- Handle cash, credit card payments, and prepare daily reports when required.
- Ensure the reception area remains organized and presentable.
- Follow company policies, safety standards, and service procedures.
- Pay: AED100.00 - AED200.00 per hour
