Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented **Guest Relation Officer** to ensure an excellent experience for all guests.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming guests, handling inquiries, and maintaining high standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and special needs
- Handle guest complaints efficiently and provide appropriate solutions
- Maintain strong knowledge of company services and facilities
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor guest satisfaction and provide feedback to management
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front-facing environment
Requirements
- Minimum **2 years of experience** in customer service, hospitality, or a related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Presentable appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Basic computer skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
