Key Responsibilities

• Prepare daily meals according to client preferences and dietary requirements.
• Plan weekly and monthly menus with healthy and balanced options.
• Cook a variety of cuisines such as Arabic, Continental, Italian, Asian, Indian, and healthy/fitness meals.
• Purchase fresh ingredients and manage kitchen inventory efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in accordance with UAE food safety regulations.
• Accommodate special diets including vegan, keto, gluten-free, diabetic, or allergy-sensitive meals.
• Organize private dinners, family gatherings, and special events when required.
• Ensure proper food storage and kitchen equipment maintenance.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while working in private residences.
• Coordinate with household staff and manage kitchen operations smoothly.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Personal Chef or Private Chef.
• Experience working with VIP families or private households preferred.
• Strong knowledge of international cuisines and healthy meal preparation.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays if needed.
• Good communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Culinary certification or diploma preferred.
