About This Role

Overview

The Playground Administrator is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a children’s play area, ensuring a safe, fun, and organized environment for kids and families.

The role includes front-desk management, customer service, and handling cash transactions accurately.

1. Front Desk & Customer Service

  • Welcome children and parents in a friendly and professional manner
  • Explain playground rules, safety guidelines, and pricing
  • Handle customer inquiries, bookings, and complaints efficiently

2. Cash Handling & Sales

  • Manage daily cash transactions (entry fees, memberships, party bookings, etc.)
  • Operate POS system and issue receipts
  • Maintain accurate cash register and balance at the end of each shift
  • Prepare daily sales reports and submit to management
  • Ensure safe handling and storage of cash

3. Operations Management

  • Oversee day-to-day playground activities
  • Monitor cleanliness and organization of the facility
  • Coordinate with play attendants and support staff
  • Ensure all equipment is safe and functioning properly

4. Safety & Compliance

  • Enforce safety rules for children and visitors
  • Handle minor incidents and report any accidents
  • Ensure compliance with Dubai municipality regulations and hygiene standards

5. Administrative Duties

  • Maintain attendance records and customer data
  • Manage booking schedules for events and birthday parties
  • Assist with inventory tracking (tickets, wristbands, supplies

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
