Overview
The Playground Administrator is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a children’s play area, ensuring a safe, fun, and organized environment for kids and families.
The role includes front-desk management, customer service, and handling cash transactions accurately.
1. Front Desk & Customer Service
- Welcome children and parents in a friendly and professional manner
- Explain playground rules, safety guidelines, and pricing
- Handle customer inquiries, bookings, and complaints efficiently
2. Cash Handling & Sales
- Manage daily cash transactions (entry fees, memberships, party bookings, etc.)
- Operate POS system and issue receipts
- Maintain accurate cash register and balance at the end of each shift
- Prepare daily sales reports and submit to management
- Ensure safe handling and storage of cash
3. Operations Management
- Oversee day-to-day playground activities
- Monitor cleanliness and organization of the facility
- Coordinate with play attendants and support staff
- Ensure all equipment is safe and functioning properly
4. Safety & Compliance
- Enforce safety rules for children and visitors
- Handle minor incidents and report any accidents
- Ensure compliance with Dubai municipality regulations and hygiene standards
5. Administrative Duties
- Maintain attendance records and customer data
- Manage booking schedules for events and birthday parties
- Assist with inventory tracking (tickets, wristbands, supplies

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
