Manage clinic inventory and support smooth stock operations in an aesthetic or medical environment.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and store medical, aesthetic, and consumable supplies properly.
- Maintain inventory records and stock levels; monitor usage and reorder to avoid shortages.
- Coordinate procurement and deliveries with suppliers and internal departments.
- Maintain appropriate storage conditions; conduct stock counts and prepare inventory reports.
- Issue materials to departments against approved requests.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety in the store area; follow clinic policies, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.
Requirements
- Proven storekeeper experience; experience in an aesthetic or medical clinic is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of medical or aesthetic consumables and equipment.
- Good organizational and record-keeping skills; basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team; attention to detail and time-management skills.
Work arrangement
- Full-time, permanent role; work location is in person.
