Maintains accurate records and control of medical equipment, office equipment, furniture, and other company assets across clinic branches.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the asset register and monitor asset allocation, transfers, and returns across clinics and departments.
- Conduct physical asset verification, reconcile records, and ensure assets are tagged and identified.
- Track asset condition, maintenance, repair, and replacement; coordinate resolution of missing or damaged assets.
- Maintain records of purchases, transfers, disposals, and write-offs, including documentation and approvals.
- Prepare management reports and coordinate with Finance and Procurement on purchases, records, and depreciation.
- Monitor asset utilization and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
- Support audits with records and documents, and follow up with clinic managers on branch asset accountability.
Qualifications and requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in asset control, inventory management, or fixed asset management.
- Healthcare or clinic operations experience is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and asset management systems.
- Strong organization, documentation, record keeping, attention to detail, communication, and reporting skills; able to coordinate across clinic branches.
