Role overview

Inventory and receiving

• Receive, inspect, and record goods; maintain inventory records for food, beverages, packaging, cleaning materials, and operational supplies.
• Monitor stock levels, perform physical counts, reconcile records, and track movements, transfers, wastage, and adjustments.
• Follow FIFO/FEFO practices, especially for food and perishable items.
• Verify deliveries against purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes; check quantity, quality, expiry, packaging, and condition.
• Report discrepancies and ensure received items are labeled and stored correctly.

Storage and branch distribution

• Maintain clean, safe, organized storage and appropriate temperature conditions; segregate food, chemicals, packaging, and other supplies.
• Prepare and issue stock to branches against approved requisitions; coordinate transfers and document stock leaving the central store.
• Coordinate stock requirements, replenishment, supplier deliveries, and outstanding orders with purchasing and branch teams.

Systems and reporting

• Update inventory/POS or ERP systems and maintain purchase, delivery, and stock documentation.
• Prepare daily and monthly stock reports, investigate variances, and explain discrepancies.
• Support accurate integration of inventory records with Foodics or other inventory management platforms.

Requirements

• 2–4 years as a storekeeper, inventory controller, or in a similar role.
• F&B, hospitality, or retail experience and UAE experience are preferred.
• Good knowledge of inventory control, warehouse procedures, FIFO/FEFO, and food storage practices.
• Basic knowledge of inventory systems and Microsoft Excel; Foodics or similar F&B inventory/POS experience is advantageous.
• Strong communication, coordination, accuracy, organization, and time management; able to work independently and handle stock movement when required.

Pay

• Pay is AED 2,500–3,500 per month.

• Work location is in person in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
