Position overview

Procurement and purchasing

• Manage purchasing from requests through delivery; source food, beverages, packaging, cleaning materials, equipment, and operational supplies.
• Compare quotations and negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery conditions, contracts, and agreements.
• Keep purchasing within approved budgets and standards; maintain accurate purchasing records.

Supplier and inventory management

• Identify, evaluate, and develop suppliers; monitor quality, pricing, compliance, performance, and delivery timelines.
• Resolve shortages, incorrect or damaged deliveries, and quality concerns; regularly review pricing and seek savings.
• Monitor stock and coordinate purchasing for branches and central production to avoid overstocking, shortages, and unnecessary purchases.
• Support COGS and food-cost control; review price increases and identify alternative products or suppliers.

Branch support and compliance

• Coordinate purchasing for branches, events, and new openings, ensuring critical items are available for openings and major events.
• Coordinate centralized production, receiving, and distribution with warehouse and logistics teams.
• Ensure purchasing meets UAE food safety and regulatory standards, company approval limits, and purchase-order procedures.
• Maintain supplier documentation, quotations, agreements, and product specifications.

Qualifications and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of purchasing or procurement experience; hospitality, restaurants, cafés, or F&B are preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food, beverage, packaging, equipment, and operational supplies.
• Experience with ERP, POS, purchasing, or inventory management systems; strong Excel and reporting skills.
• Knowledge of UAE suppliers and local procurement practices is an advantage.

• Strong negotiation, communication, supplier-management, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, commercially aware, and cost-conscious; able to work under pressure across multiple branches.
• Coordinates with Operations, Finance, Kitchen, Warehouse, Logistics, Branch Managers, and suppliers.

Pay

• The posting states AED 35.57–133.74 per month.
