Store Retail Operations Assistant

About This Role

Job Introduction

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the store to ensure smooth and efficient performance.

Control opening and closing procedures while maintaining security standards.

Ensure goods are received, stored, and handled according to company procedures.

Monitor stock levels and ensure timely and accurate product ordering.

Achieve store sales targets and overall performance goals.

Supervise store staff, ensuring high standards in appearance, performance, and customer service.

Ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, and procedures.

Track and manage inventory levels, including stock balances and records.

Analyze product assortment and sales trends to improve performance.

Conduct regular stock counts and inventory checks.

Interact with customers and lead team meetings on a weekly and monthly basis.

Maintain accurate records and reports related to store operations and results.

Job Experience

Secondary specialized or higher education.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar retail or managerial role.

Strong computer skills, including MS Excel, MS Outlook, and 1C.

Leadership abilities with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage teams and work in a fast-paced retail environment.
