Store Retail Operations Assistant

***Job Introduction***

*Manage and oversee the daily operations of the store to ensure smooth and efficient performance.*

*Control opening and closing procedures while maintaining security standards.*

*Ensure goods are received, stored, and handled according to company procedures.*

*Monitor stock levels and ensure timely and accurate product ordering.*

*Achieve store sales targets and overall performance goals.*

*Supervise store staff, ensuring high standards in appearance, performance, and customer service.*

*Ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, and procedures.*

*Track and manage inventory levels, including stock balances and records.*

*Analyze product assortment and sales trends to improve performance.*

*Conduct regular stock counts and inventory checks.*

*Interact with customers and lead team meetings on a weekly and monthly basis.*

*Maintain accurate records and reports related to store operations and results.*

***Job Experience***

*Secondary specialized or higher education.*

*Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar retail or managerial role.*

*Strong computer skills, including MS Excel, MS Outlook, and 1C.*

*Leadership abilities with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.*

*Ability to manage teams and work in a fast-paced retail environment.*
