Airport Customer Service Agent

About This Role

Job Introduction

Provide accurate and timely information to passengers and visitors through in-person interaction, phone, and email.

Guide customers about airport services, facilities, and procedures in a clear and professional manner.

Deliver operational announcements using the airport public address system when required.

Support the provision and promotion of additional airport services and related products.

Arrange and update brochures and informational materials on terminal displays.

Prepare routine reports on Visitor Center activities and maintain records of materials and supplies.

Coordinate with different airport departments to ensure smooth daily operations.

Maintain a welcoming and customer-focused environment at all times.

Job Experience

Strong interpersonal skills with clear and polite communication.

Previous experience in customer service or information-related roles is an advantage.

Good understanding of customer service standards and professional etiquette.

Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple customer requests efficiently.

Team-oriented approach with strong collaboration skills.

Basic to intermediate computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and internet usage.
