Job Introduction
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure all equipment operates efficiently.
Provide daily technical support to users and resolve issues within defined timelines.
Visit company branches regularly to inspect equipment and identify potential problems.
Maintain accurate records in the system and coordinate with external service providers until issues are resolved.
Support both on-site and remote troubleshooting for users when required.
Ensure proper handling of company data while maintaining confidentiality and security standards.
Assist in improving system performance and user experience through proactive support.
Job Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Around 1 year of experience is an advantage, but fresh candidates may also apply.
Basic knowledge of ERP and CRM systems.
Flexible to provide support on-site and remotely, including weekends or public holidays if required.
Strong problem-solving skills with a responsible and service-oriented mindset.
