HR & Resources Specialist
About This Role
Job Introduction
Support the planning, development, and implementation of HR policies, initiatives, and internal systems.
Prepare, manage, and administer employee contracts, HR decisions, and other official employment documents.
Handle employee registration and deregistration with relevant authorities and agencies.
Maintain accurate records of working hours, absences, and leave balances.
Coordinate and continuously improve the onboarding process for new hires.
Assist in employee performance management and track HR-related KPIs.
Organize internal trainings and contribute to employee development planning.
Actively participate in recruitment and selection processes, working closely with hiring managers.
Monitor and support HR and legal processes specific to the medical sector, ensuring compliance with regulations, licenses, standards, and procedures.
Job Experience
Higher education in Human Resources, Law, Economics, or a related field.
Previous experience in HR and/or legal roles is an advantage.
Knowledge of labor relations, employment contracts, legal regulations, business law, and employee strategy development.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
High accuracy and attention to detail.
Motivated, reliable, and stable personality.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
