HR & Resources Specialist

***Job Introduction***

*Support the planning, development, and implementation of HR policies, initiatives, and internal systems.*

*Prepare, manage, and administer employee contracts, HR decisions, and other official employment documents.*

*Handle employee registration and deregistration with relevant authorities and agencies.*

*Maintain accurate records of working hours, absences, and leave balances.*

*Coordinate and continuously improve the onboarding process for new hires.*

*Assist in employee performance management and track HR-related KPIs.*

*Organize internal trainings and contribute to employee development planning.*

*Actively participate in recruitment and selection processes, working closely with hiring managers.*

*Monitor and support HR and legal processes specific to the medical sector, ensuring compliance with regulations, licenses, standards, and procedures.*

***Job Experience***

*Higher education in Human Resources, Law, Economics, or a related field.*

*Previous experience in HR and/or legal roles is an advantage.*

*Knowledge of labor relations, employment contracts, legal regulations, business law, and employee strategy development.*

*Strong communication and interpersonal skills.*

*High accuracy and attention to detail.*

*Motivated, reliable, and stable personality.*

*Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.*

*Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.*
