Global Product Manager

About This Role

Job Introduction

Develop and manage the overall strategy for assigned product lines to drive growth and market success.

Oversee the full product lifecycle, including localization and adaptation for different markets.

Support the launch and promotion of new and existing products in coordination with internal teams.

Contribute to Go-to-Market strategies by working closely with cross-functional departments.

Gather and analyze customer insights (Voice of Customer) to identify new opportunities and improve offerings.

Monitor product performance and market trends to refine strategies and enhance competitiveness.

Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment and execution.

Prepare reports, presentations, and strategic plans for management.

Job Experience

University degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

MBA or Master’s degree will be considered an advantage.

Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, product management, or business development.

Experience working on international projects and cross-functional teams.

Previous international exposure is preferred.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Strong command of the English language.

Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
