Job Introduction

Communicate with clients over the phone to understand their financial needs, income, liabilities, and credit background.

Build trust through a friendly and professional approach to support effective client engagement.

Assist clients in preparing and submitting required application documents.

Collect and verify client information to ensure accurate assessment of eligibility.

Support the evaluation process by maintaining complete and accurate client records.

Inform clients about suitable financial solutions based on assessment outcomes.

Explain the benefits and limitations of available options to help clients make informed decisions.

Maintain strong client relationships to encourage satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals.

Follow up with clients to address concerns and guide them throughout the application process.

Job Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field is preferred.

Experience in financial services, loan processing, or customer advisory roles is an advantage.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build trust and handle sensitive financial information professionally.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
