Kitchen Support Experts support hotel functions including kitchen, food and beverage, and employee dining.
The work includes cleaning and basic kitchen preparation and may span multiple hotel departments.
Kitchen and cleaning duties
- Prepare clean linen and spotless dining ware for guests.
- Operate and maintain dishwashing machines, hand-wash stations, and other cleaning equipment and tools.
- Transport dishware across the hotel and support basic kitchen preparation.
Safety and service standards
- Follow company, safety, and security policies; report maintenance needs, accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions.
- Complete safety training and certifications and maintain a clean, professional uniform and appearance.
- Protect confidential information and company assets; welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards.
- Communicate professionally, maintain positive working relationships, support team goals, and meet quality expectations.
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.
Preferred qualifications
- No high school diploma or GED equivalent, related work experience, supervisory experience, or license/certification is required.
- The role involves extended periods of standing, sitting, or walking and reaching, bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance.
Schedule
- Full-time schedule.
Work location
- The position is not remote and is located at a hotel in Dubai.
