Supports the Cladding Safety Scheme, which provides financial support to remediate buildings with cladding systems presenting unacceptable life-safety risks.
Works with the stakeholder engagement team and supports the Head of Product and Stakeholder Engagement.
Helps improve relationships with stakeholders and the effective running of the programme.

About the role
Supports the Cladding Safety Scheme, which provides financial support to remediate buildings with cladding systems presenting unacceptable life-safety risks.
Works with the stakeholder engagement team and supports the Head of Product and Stakeholder Engagement.
Helps improve relationships with stakeholders and the effective running of the programme.
Responsibilities
- Build productive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support resolution of complex issues and help create solutions for effective, consistent programme delivery.
- Improve stakeholder engagement and the experience of applicants and residents.
- Manage competing priorities and engage with senior stakeholders while considering commercial and operational impacts.
About you
- Used to managing competing priorities and looking for ways to improve and innovate.
- Comfortable supporting resolution of complex stakeholder issues and building productive relationships.
- Proficient in delivering excellent service and supporting programme delivery.
- Resilient and comfortable managing senior stakeholders; able to negotiate and persuade.
- Understands the commercial and operational impact of the team's work.
