The Research Analyst supports a multidisciplinary research and analysis team addressing knowledge gaps and informing evidence-led Agency decisions.
The role covers economic, housing market, finance and place-based research, including housing subsectors and market forecasts.
Responsibilities
- Support research programmes, analytical products, exploratory research and development of new insights.
- Analyse and quality-assure complex datasets, identify data or methodological issues, and produce market insight.
- Use statistical analysis, literature reviews, stakeholder engagement and evidence synthesis in research projects.
- Communicate findings through reports, briefings and presentations and improve self-service insight resources.
- Work collaboratively across the Agency and its Research, Economics and Geospatial function.
About you
- Experience with large-scale datasets and analytical tools, and the ability to communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Transferable research and analytical skills, critical thinking, collaboration and capacity to handle multiple projects.
- Housing-sector knowledge is desirable; interest in regeneration and housing and willingness to learn are valued.
