Responsibilities
- Lead multiple swimming pool, water feature, Jacuzzi, and splash pad projects from planning through handover.
- Oversee execution for quality, safety, schedule, and budget.
- Coordinate clients, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, and authorities.
- Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documentation.
- Plan and manage manpower, materials, equipment, and machinery.
- Monitor progress, resolve technical and site issues, and implement value engineering and cost controls.
- Prepare schedules, weekly progress reports, and client presentations; manage project documentation and correspondence.
- Lead and mentor Project Managers, Engineers, and site teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
- Excellent leadership, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong knowledge of swimming pool construction, water features, hydraulic systems, and MEP coordination.
