Responsibilities
- Lead multiple swimming pool, water feature, Jacuzzi, and splash pad projects from planning through handover.
- Oversee execution for quality, safety, timely completion, and budget control.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, and authorities.
- Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documentation.
- Plan and manage manpower, materials, equipment, and machinery; monitor progress and resolve technical and site issues.
- Implement value engineering and cost-control measures.
- Prepare schedules, weekly progress reports, and client presentations; manage project documentation and correspondence.
- Lead and coordinate site engineers, supervisors, and project teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience.
- Strong knowledge of landscape and swimming pool construction.
- Excellent leadership, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
