QA/QC Engineer

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure landscaping, swimming pool, irrigation, and water feature works comply with approved drawings and project specifications.
- Conduct site inspections and verify the quality of materials and workmanship.
- Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation, inspection requests, checklists, and test reports.
- Coordinate inspections with consultants, clients, project teams, and relevant authorities.
- Identify non-conformities and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor waterproofing, pressure testing, and other required quality tests.
- Ensure compliance with approved method statements, ITPs, and applicable UAE standards.
- Coordinate snagging, testing, commissioning, and final project handover.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years of QA/QC experience in landscaping, swimming pools, water features, or related construction projects.
- Familiarity with ITPs, Method Statements, NCRs, and quality documentation.
