Project planning and coordination
- Review project specifications, drawings, and BOQs for pool and water-feature MEP systems.
- Plan and supervise MEP activities and coordinate system integration with consultants, contractors, and other disciplines.
- Monitor work schedules, manpower, and materials for timely project delivery.
Installation and site quality
- Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of pumps, filtration and dosing systems, lighting, piping, water circulation, and control panels.
- Check workmanship and safety on site, ensure compliance with applicable standards, and propose cost-effective solutions to design or site issues.
Reporting and handover
- Prepare progress reports, inspection requests, and project documentation; coordinate material delivery and technical support with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Provide as-built drawings, O&M manuals, and test certificates during project handover.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- At least three years of experience in swimming pool and water-feature projects.
Work arrangement
- Work location is in person.
