Key responsibilities
- Review landscape and irrigation design packages and provide detailed technical comments and recommendations.
- Evaluate shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and technical calculations.
- Prepare technical reports, manuals, and guidelines addressing landscape and irrigation issues as requested by the client.
- Support the Construction Supervision team and represent the PMC for landscape and irrigation works.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and multidisciplinary teams to resolve technical and coordination issues.
- Attend weekly and monthly progress and coordination meetings on landscape and irrigation matters.
- Coordinate testing, commissioning, and handover of landscape assets with clients and stakeholders.
- Provide landscape inputs for project progress reports and ensure timely review and documentation of submittals, inspection reports, material approvals, and completion certificates.
- Provide on-site technical guidance and assist the Project Manager with instructions related to landscape, irrigation, and associated works.
- Verify, measure, and certify completed works; maintain progress records and report against the approved schedule.
- Review and verify complete, timely as-built drawings for landscape and irrigation systems.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in the UAE.
- Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Familiarity with Dubai Municipality, RTA, DEWA, and other local government entities.
- UAE driving license.
Workplace
- Work location is in person; duties include on-site technical guidance.
