The Senior Manager, Solutions Architect leads solutions architecture for Saudi customers and partners with customers, AWS Sales, and other teams.
The role develops scalable, flexible, and resilient cloud architectures to address customer business needs and grow AWS adoption.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Solutions Architect team and contribute to business development.
- Hire, enable, and develop solutions architects.
- Advise customers on critical workloads, digital transformation, and cloud adoption.
- Support revenue objectives by enabling adoption and migration of applications, software, and services to AWS alongside Sales.
- Educate customers on AWS and participate in architecture discussions for successful cloud deployment.
- Build customer relationships, shape strategies for broader AWS adoption, and liaise with engineering and support teams.
- Contribute to internal and customer-facing white papers and blogs.
Basic qualifications
- At least 5 years managing technical, enterprise customer-facing resources or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of infrastructure architecture, database architecture, and networking experience.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience architecting or operating solutions on a cloud provider such as AWS, Azure, GCP, or OCI.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience architecting, migrating, transforming, or modernizing customer requirements to the cloud.
