Role Overview
Based in Riyadh, the Data Center Training Specialist, also described as a Customer Success Engineer, supports internal and external education and training programs.
Works with educational institutions, government and industry partners, and AWS internal teams to build local talent pipelines and support data center operational growth.
Serves as the day-to-day voice of Data Center Learning and represents customer needs internally; owns cluster training metrics and supports accurate reporting.

Serves as the day-to-day voice of Data Center Learning and represents customer needs internally; owns cluster training metrics and supports accurate reporting.
Strategy and program design
- Develop education, pre-skilling, talent-pipeline, and training-readiness strategies with local partners, aligned with business objectives.
- Forecast skill needs, address emerging requirements, and build scalable frameworks for regional program expansion.
- Design programs to bridge skill gaps and create measurable learning pathways for data center operations careers.
- Deliver blended classroom, online, and hands-on learning and develop progressive career pathways.
Partnerships and measurement
- Build relationships with educational institutions, government agencies, and industry partners; support program growth in new locations.
- Coordinate stakeholders, manage partner relationships and expectations, and create governance structures for joint initiatives.
- Establish KPI, data collection, analysis, and reporting frameworks; track program effectiveness and return on investment.
- Assess and adjust programs, research workforce-development practices, use analytics to improve programs, and scale successful approaches.
Basic qualifications
- Technical background with some data center experience.
- Experience developing and delivering presentations to large and diverse audiences.
- Bilingual in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
- Experience managing training- or learning-related projects or programs.
Preferred qualifications
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills for interpreting and reporting program or project metrics and driving action.
- Basic knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
- Experience with educational technology, learning platforms, talent pipelines, and career pathways.
- Basic knowledge of Data Center Learning’s learning management systems and Learn.
