Architectural discipline leadership
- Lead architectural teams across assigned projects and allocate work according to priorities, workload, and competence.
- Provide technical direction, mentoring, and support; monitor design productivity, deliverables, and milestones.
- Maintain consistent design standards, quality, and documentation; support recruitment and professional development when required.
Design management and development
- Oversee architectural design for buildings, infrastructure, and master planning from concept and feasibility through detailed design.
- Coordinate planning and design areas including space planning, interiors, façades, external works, accessibility, life safety, circulation, materials, and sustainability.
- Review drawings, plans, sections, schedules, specifications, bills of quantities, tender documents, and authority submissions for technical accuracy.
Design deliverables
- Lead preparation and review of design basis reports, architectural criteria, concept and detailed design packages, specifications, drawings, schedules, and details.
- Prepare or review technical reports, bills of quantities, tender documents, authority submission packages, and client approval materials.
Saudi regulatory compliance
- Ensure designs comply with applicable Saudi Building Code and architectural requirements, Saudi Civil Defense requirements, and accessibility regulations.
