Project Management and Delivery

• Manage assigned projects and design packages from initiation through planning, design development, approvals, tender support, and close-out.
• Establish project objectives, scope, deliverables, milestones, responsibilities, interfaces, and communication protocols; maintain the Project Execution Plan.
• Coordinate architecture, civil, structural, infrastructure, electrical, mechanical, telecom, utilities, and other specialist disciplines.
• Monitor programme, budget, scope, and quality; address deviations and coordinate resources, schedules, and document registers.
• Organize progress meetings, support technical decision-making, and escalate matters requiring senior management intervention.

Project Controls

• Coordinate schedules, budgets, forecasts, performance indicators, planned hours, milestones, and deliverables with project controls personnel.
• Identify schedule or cost deviations and coordinate mitigation measures; support resource forecasting.
• Maintain action, decision, risk, issue, and change registers; support Earned Value Management where applicable.
• Support weekly and monthly reporting with status, achievements, constraints, risks, and required management actions.

Stakeholder Management

• Develop and implement the Project Stakeholder Management Plan and maintain stakeholder and action registers.
• Analyze stakeholder influence, responsibilities, expectations, approval requirements, and project impacts.
• Build relationships with clients, developers, authorities, utility providers, consultants, contractors, and other participants.
• Coordinate stakeholder meetings, technical workshops, design reviews, and interface meetings; track comments and actions to closure.
• Identify stakeholder risks and escalate unresolved issues through project governance.

Saudi Authorities and Utilities

• Practical awareness of major Saudi stakeholder and authority requirements and working procedures, including SEC, NWC, CST, STC, and RCJY, as applicable to projects.
