The Senior IT Business Analyst supports enterprise transformation and automation across Finance, Human Resources, and Talent Acquisition.
The role documents and redesigns processes, delivers automation with implementation vendors, supports organizational change, and integrates acquired businesses.
Responsibilities
- Lead process discovery and document current-state processes, rules, exceptions, volumes, and effort.
- Identify process-improvement and automation opportunities, build business cases, and facilitate future-state standardization.
- Support organizational changes and acquired-business integration, including process and system changes.
- Author functional and technical designs and partner with vendors through solution design, build, and deployment.
- Maintain traceability from requirements through testing; develop and execute test plans and lead user acceptance testing.
- Support cutover and post-deployment operations; configure and test automation solutions and retain delivery knowledge.
Minimum qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience; related experience may substitute for education as described.
- 8–10 years in business analysis, process improvement, or enterprise systems delivery.
- Experience with ERP, HCM, and enterprise Talent Acquisition platforms, including data flows between ERP and HCM systems.
- Experience documenting current-state and designing future-state Finance, HR, or Talent Acquisition processes.
- Experience authoring functional and technical designs, standardizing processes across functions, and supporting M&A integration or organizational restructuring.
- Strong written and verbal communication with business and technical audiences.
- U.S. citizenship is listed as an other requirement.
Desired qualifications
- Experience with enterprise systems such as SAP S/4HANA, UKG Pro, iCIMS, or IFS.
- Preferred experience with AI-powered transactional automation, RPA, or intelligent document processing.
- Experience across multiple functional domains and with government contracting or regulated environments is desired.
- Participation in at least two full-lifecycle enterprise system implementations and familiarity with Agile or iterative delivery are desired.
