Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Provide program financial support and help prepare and administer Annual Operating Plan, Estimate at Complete, and other financial data requirements.
• Partner with operational leadership and program support teams on financial matters, invoicing, receivables, and contractual requirements.
• Support monthly close, financial reporting, accounting functions, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
• Maintain program Estimate at Complete forecasts and prepare variance analyses.
• Prepare monthly invoices and support customer contractual data requirements.
• Prepare financial statements, monitor program costs, and report for monthly Program Management Reviews.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience; related experience may substitute for education where a degree is required.
• One to three-plus years of accounting or finance experience.
• Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
• Expertise in Excel and related financial applications.
• U.S. citizenship is listed as an employer requirement.

Preferred Qualification

• Experience in defense or government contract accounting is preferred.

Pay and Benefits

• The stated base salary range is $55,000–$70,000, with pay based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.
