Role overview
Lead execution of theming, interior fit-out, and architectural finishing packages on complex projects.
Key responsibilities
- Plan work, construction sequences, manpower, and short-term targets against the project programme.
- Manage subcontractors, suppliers, supervisors, and engineers; monitor progress, productivity, quality, and safety.
- Coordinate themed elements, fit-out finishes, and interfaces with civil, structural, MEP, and attraction or ride suppliers.
- Review drawings, submissions, method statements, samples, and mock-ups before execution.
- Manage fabrication, deliveries, installation, inspections, snagging, and package handover.
- Identify and resolve site risks; track quantities, progress, variations, and subcontractor performance.
- Attend project coordination meetings and close technical and quality issues.
Required experience
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Strong experience managing site execution of fit-out, architectural finishes, or theming works on large, complex projects.
- Ability to manage multiple specialist subcontractors, coordinate structural and MEP packages, and lead site teams.
- Experience taking packages through planning, procurement coordination, installation, inspection, snagging, and handover.
- Working knowledge of shop drawings, material approvals, mock-ups, RFIs, site inspections, progress reporting, and variation records.
- Themed entertainment, attractions, theme parks, entertainment destinations, or comparable hospitality and leisure experience is strongly preferred.
