Responsibilities
- Lead review, coordination, and validation of contractor electrical BIM deliverables against the project BEP, EIR, and relevant BIM standards.
- Use working knowledge of Revit MEP, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and Dynamo.
- Review electrical BIM models, data structures, and documentation for completeness, accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
- Review power distribution, lighting, small power, earthing and lightning protection, cable containment, and ELV systems in BIM models.
- Identify clashes between electrical services and mechanical, plumbing, structural, and architectural elements; coordinate timely resolution.
- Verify models and deliverables against approved drawings, specifications, project standards, codes, and regulations.
- Respond to technical BIM queries and escalate complex matters to the Resident Engineer or BIM Manager as needed.
- Coordinate and document weekly contractor and client BIM review meetings; track issues, actions, decisions, and clashes.
- Assist with new BIM workflows, tools, and digital delivery processes as directed by the Area Office.
- Mentor BIM Coordinators and site team members in electrical BIM coordination and digital delivery.
- Monitor quality, accuracy, and timely submission of electrical models, shop drawings, and project documentation.
- Manage contractors on large-scale projects and serve as the primary on-site BIM contact and escalation point.

Requirements
- Strong working knowledge of AEC software platforms, including Revit MEP, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and Dynamo.
- Strong experience managing contractors on large-scale projects.
- The role serves as the primary on-site BIM contact and escalation point.
