Responsibilities

• Review contractor deliverables for compliance with the BEP, EIR, and BIM standards.
• Validate models, data, and documentation for completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
• Review architectural components including plans, elevations, façades, doors, windows, and finishes.
• Coordinate architectural models with structural, MEP, and other disciplines to resolve clashes and discrepancies.
• Check deliverables against approved drawings, specifications, project standards, codes, and regulations.
• Respond to BIM queries and escalate complex matters when needed.
• Coordinate weekly BIM reviews and track issues, actions, decisions, and outstanding clashes.
• Monitor model and documentation quality, completeness, and submission timeliness.
• Assist with BIM workflow, tool, and digital delivery improvements.
• Mentor BIM Coordinators and site team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related discipline.
• At least 12 years of relevant architectural BIM experience.
• Strong architectural BIM coordination and model review experience for building, infrastructure, or airport projects.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage, and AutoCAD; Dynamo, Civil 3D, and Bentley applications are advantageous.
• BIM certification from BSI, BRE, or an equivalent recognised organization, plus Autodesk Certified Professional or equivalent certification.
• Knowledge of architectural design, multidisciplinary coordination, clash detection, BIM quality assurance, model validation, contractor reviews, BEPs, EIRs, BIM standards, and digital delivery.
• Strong communication, coordination, reporting, and stakeholder management skills; experience managing contractors on large-scale projects.
• Able to serve as the primary on-site BIM contact and escalation point.
