Responsibilities
- Support site operations in reviewing, verifying, and coordinating contractor BIM deliverables.
- Check models, drawings, and data against the project BEP, EIR, and appendices.
- Track contractor BIM progress and report deviations or non-conformities to the Resident Engineer.
- Review models and perform clash detection to identify coordination and design or construction interface issues.
- Support digital processes, data exchange protocols, and continuous improvement across site activities.
- Arrange, chair, and document BIM coordination meetings; track open issues, model updates, and deliverable schedules.
- Maintain approved models, datasets, and correspondence in digital records for traceability and audit.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
- Autodesk Certified Professional certification.
- Relevant experience in a similar role; the posting lists both 8+ years and 5+ years.
- Working knowledge of AEC platforms such as Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D, Bentley, or Dynamo.
