Sponsorships Director

As the Sponsorship Director at Games For Love, you will lead and oversee all corporate sponsorship initiatives, ensuring partners receive exceptional value while expanding financial support for our mission. You will manage sponsor relationships, coordinate activations across departments, and identify new opportunities to grow sustainable funding.

This leadership volunteer role is ideal for someone who enjoys partnership development, strategic relationship-building, and driving revenue growth for a mission-driven organization.

Oversee corporate sponsorship activations and ensure delivery of agreed-upon benefits and experiences.

Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing sponsors.

Identify and pursue new corporate sponsorship opportunities aligned with Games For Love’s mission.

Collaborate with Marketing, Events, and other departments to execute sponsor-related initiatives.

Develop long-term engagement strategies to increase sponsor retention and support.

Track sponsorship milestones and provide updates to executive leadership.

Ensure clear communication and alignment between sponsors and internal teams.

Qualifications

Experience in sponsorships, business development, or fundraising.

Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.

Passion for helping children and interest in gaming or technology is a plus.
