About the Role
Games For Love is seeking a Jampack Incubator to support the planning and execution of our Jampack Incubator programs and events. In this volunteer role, you will help ensure smooth collaboration between indie developers, mentors, and internal teams while maintaining clear communication and organized workflows.
This role is ideal for someone organized, community-minded, and passionate about supporting indie game creators.
Key Contributions
Support the planning and execution of Jampack Incubator programs and related events.
Coordinate with indie developers, mentors, and partners to maintain smooth collaboration.
Assist in managing communications, including email updates and community channels.
Track project progress and provide status updates to leadership.
Organize resources, schedules, and documentation for incubator participants.
Contribute ideas to improve incubator processes and participant experience.
Represent Jampack’s mission and values when engaging with the community.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow up consistently.
- Experience in coordination, project support, or community management is a plus.
- Interest in indie games and creator-focused programs.
- Collaborative mindset and proactive attitude.
