Role Overview
As a Creator Outreach & Partnerships Manager at Games For Love, you will help grow and manage our network of gaming content creators who fundraise and advocate for our mission. Working closely with the Creator Partnerships Director, you’ll identify new creators, coordinate charity streams, and support sponsorship initiatives that expand our reach and impact.

About the Role
As a Creator Outreach & Partnerships Manager at Games For Love, you will help grow and manage our network of gaming content creators who fundraise and advocate for our mission. Working closely with the Creator Partnerships Director, you’ll identify new creators, coordinate charity streams, and support sponsorship initiatives that expand our reach and impact.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about gaming culture, relationship-building, and creator-driven fundraising.
Key Contributions
Identify, research, and connect with gaming creators who align with Games For Love’s mission.
Support the development of outreach strategies that grow and retain creator partnerships.
Coordinate timelines and tasks for creator campaigns, charity streams, and sponsorship activations.
Serve as a liaison for creators and sponsors—answering questions, gathering feedback, and ensuring smooth collaboration.
Create presentations and partnership decks to communicate campaign goals and results.
Track participation, fundraising performance, and key metrics to inform future initiatives.
Collaborate with Marketing, Programs, and Events teams to align messaging, content, and scheduling for creator-driven campaigns.
Qualifications
- Experience or strong interest in project management, marketing, partnerships, or community outreach.
- Strong communication and presentation skills (e.g., PowerPoint, Google Slides).
- Comfortable working in a remote, collaborative environment.
- Familiarity with gaming culture and streaming platforms (Twitch, YouTube, etc.) is a plus.
- Organized and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Passion for Games For Love’s mission and using gaming for social good.
