Operations Lead Team

Games For Love is seeking an Operations Lead to drive the execution, coordination, and long-term sustainability of the Jampack platform.

In this leadership volunteer role, you will oversee platform operations, ensure smooth cross-team collaboration, and maintain high standards in fundraising transparency, developer experience, and partner relationships. This role is central to turning strategy into execution while protecting mission integrity and scaling platform impact.

Oversee day-to-day operations of the Jampack platform.

Ensure alignment and coordination between QA, Certification, Product, and Leadership teams.

Identify bottlenecks and improve operational efficiency across workflows.

Maintain clear processes for game onboarding, testing, and publishing.

Ensure ethical and transparent handling of all funds generated through Jampack.

Track fundraising performance and operational metrics.

Prepare clear and structured impact reports.

Maintain accountability and public trust in all operational processes.

Support development and management of charity and sponsor partnerships.

Ensure smooth execution of campaigns and partner activations.

Maintain strong communication with external stakeholders.

Ensure a smooth and professional experience for indie developers.

Maintain clear communication regarding platform processes and expectations.

Coordinate visibility, recognition, and spotlight opportunities for developers.

Strengthen relationships within the indie ecosystem.

Monitor platform costs and ensure operational efficiency.

Support long-term growth strategies through scalable systems.

Track KPIs and identify areas for optimization and expansion.

Help build systems that allow Jampack to scale sustainably.
